Future changes

We need to setup password authentication in sync with UTEID using PAC or possibly people who have RAS server accounts, which at the least probably means someone needs to correctly setup SSL because nobody likes their passwords sent plaintext. Keeping in sync with UTEID would probably be an unwanted security risk or hassle since as you can notice, the ECE department doesn't even use your UT EID. They get some info from it (like your name) but you get to choose a new password. Due to the low number of users, we can probably deal with these manually.
