Tournament Volunteers
Thanks to a great response from the Austin volunteer community, we have fully staffed the tournament with almost 200 VOLUNTEERS. Thanks to all of you who signed up to
help with this great event on Sunday, December 9!

Please print this general information sheet and
refer to it while you watch the online orientation (below). It includes important contact information for the day of the event.
Watch and listen to this 20-minute online
orientation session to see and hear everything you need to know to prepare for your volunteer experience.
Review your volunteer assignment and times. Note that you should check in at the
Volunteer Check-In station in the hallway of Building 700 no later than the listed arrival time. Please plan to stay through
the listed departure time. Of course, everyone is welcome to come early or stay later to enjoy the tournament!

Download and sign the Consent and Release form and bring it with you to Volunteer Check-In.
