Our second programming workshop will be this week. Check all the material below to be prepared.

The workshop is optional but highly recommended by anyone who has little to no programming experience. It will span two days (Wed. 7-9pm & Fri. 7-9pm).

Bring your windows laptop (or partner up with someone who has one) with the following software installed:

Keil uVision:

1. Download the LM3S811 Evaluation Kit CD from here. Click on the EKK-LM3S811-CD-466 link under Software Updates. (You will have to create an account to download the software)
2. Unzip the CD somewhere and open index.html
3. Click on Tools on the left-hand menu.
4. Click the Keil logo to "download" and open the installer. Follow the Install Dialogue.

FTDI Drivers:

1. Still on the Tools page from the CD, Click on the link under Device Drivers.
2. Install the drivers.

Tortoise SVN:

1. Download Tortoise SVN from here.
2. Install with default settings
3. We'll go through setting up your working directory again at the workshop for anyone who forgot.
