Vector Challenge is a contest between student engineering organizations to create a proposal for a Engineering Newspaper hosted by the Rodennovations Competition. IEEE-RAS overwhelmed the competition with project management services and online publishing programs obtaining 2nd place only to the Student Engineering Council. HKN, Plan II and others also brought great entries.
